You may give me an overall theme but the composition is ultimately my decision. I have all the rights to my artwork. Even if it's commissioned by you, the art still belongs to me. I retain the right to post all commission work publicly for promotion. I always credit the commissioners unless they prefer to remain anonymous or sign an NDA ($100). You may NOT draw over/trace/edit/reference the artwork under any circumstances.The commissioner is never permitted to edit/modify, distribute, repost, make merchandise, claim credit, or use for advertising. All artworks are for PERSONAL use only, unless you pay the commercial fee or the printing fee. Customer Satisfaction: Estimated time → 1 ~ 2 months. (subject to increase or decrease depending on queue, personal life and complexity of details.) I will not work on your commission until I receive full payment. You will remain on the queue and if I receive any fully paid commissions after yours, I will put that commission over yours in the queue. Obviously, commissions are a priority to me, but that doesn't mean I am obligated to work on them only, I can draw and post other art I did in between commissions. My art style is constantly changing and might not be the same from one piece to another. If I cancel your request, I don't have to give you the reason. Of course, if that happens, I will refund you 100% of the commission price. Deadlines/Refunds/Cancellations: I do not accept commissions with a deadline unless you are willing to negotiate a fee depending on how fast you need it. (20%-50% of the original price) Any mistakes made on my behalf I will correct free of charge. However if the mistake is as a result of insufficient information, bad reference, not mentioned to me when I accepted your commission, I am not obligated to correct or change it. Commissions are non refundable. Please be sure before commissioning me. Communication: My commissions are completely done through VGen. Even if you trade/sell off-site please keep it up! > You can only use the characters for personal use. If you want to use them for commercial use, you will have to pay a fee of 50% of the og price. > You are permitted to sell, gift or trade the designs if you so desire. > You cannot sell my designs for more than you originally purchased it for. Only if commissioned work (paid with money) is present in it's gallery, can it increase it's value and you may sell it for more. > If my designs are traded/gifted/sold to people who I have blacklisted, the person who traded/gifted/sold to the blacklisted individual will be at risk of being blacklisted as well. RULES: > No refunds. > I do holds for 48H max. I can increase this time depending on the price, especially if it's an auto-buy for more than $100. > My auctions are held for 48H. After said time, I will contact the person who bid the highest. > Auto-buying my adopts via auction always comes with commercial use! > The payment will only be made via Paypal, or Ko-fi. These are the terms of service I provide for my digital commissions, by commissioning me, you're automatically stating that you agree with my terms of service.
If not respected, I am free to blacklist you from purchasing any more commissions from me in the future.
