Art Manifesto
Ever since I was a kid I've been a very creative person. From growing up playing sandbox games like Minecraft and Garry's Mod and always being very in touch with the modding community, to nowadays, being an artist online who earns money doing what he loves.

It all started when I was just a child, I loved the concept of creating drawings for the ones I loved. It escalated to the time I learned what an RPG maker game was. I believe my first ever game was Mad Father. I fell absolutely in love with the concept of making stuff yourself. I only thought I could DO IT when I first laid eyes on the games made by CHARON or even funamusea. THAT'S when I thought "Huh... this was made by a PERSON who drew this digitally?" And I went out of my way to figure out just how digital artists did it and got to work. I drew a lot in MS Paint with my mouse but I got my first drawing tablet in 2015 (Wacom Intuos Pen & Touch Small).

Just the idea that something so inspiring was created by simple people like you and me was enough to make me think about creating my own game someday. I catch myself looking back at older versions of famous RPG Maker games like IB or Misao and feeling my heart get full of glee and inspiration. Seeing their personal style, the way they translated objects into pixel art and the overall vibe was enough to serve as one of my biggest inspirations until today.

Everything I like. from the stupidest things like Half-Life to something so community based like The Sims 2, inspire me to no belief. They were created by HUMANS. They came from people's passion. From their motivation to just make something, to share, to innovate. Not everything has to be perfect. Let it exist first. It will get more polished as you pour your heart into it more. Please trust yourself and your capabilities. You only get better at things the more you do it.

LET IT BE STUPID! LET IT BE RIDICULOUS! BE YOURSELF! EXPRESS YOURSELF! DON'T LET OTHERS FORCE YOU INTO A BOX. REJECT ANY SORT OF LABELS!

I think everyone has a special "lens" of the way they see the world. And that art is the best way to translate that onto paper! I see sharing your art as a way to make "portals" to let others in and see the way YOU view the world we share together.

The reason 80's horror movies inspire me so much is for the reason that... THEY ARE RIDICULOUS! They are gross and perverted pieces that make you burst your eyes crying-laughing at it even if it's the grossest thing you've ever seen.

They are the type of creations that aren't afraid of who they are. They shove it in your face just how little they take stuff seriously. They are RAW. They show everything and they defy any and all norms!

That's exactly what I want my art to make others feel and the type of freedom I want everyone to share towards art. I want us artists to show just how twisted the world in our heads really is and not be afraid of made up nonsense. Don't let people who don't understand your special "lens" of the world to determine what you should and shouldn't do!

I want to create and inspire others to be authentically themselves through any type of artistic medium they prefer. Be it drawing, game developing, music, etc. The internet is filled with unauthenticity nowadays. From social media being completely bland to young artists out there thinking they have to follow a certain mold to be successful.

If you are a young artist out there, it doesn't matter what you do. Please do stuff for yourself. Don't let others tell you what to do. DEFY any and all rules. The internet is FREE! People like you and me will find eachother, we can fight agaisnt this world without colors. Trust me, you only want an audience that truly loves your art for YOU. People can sense that shit. Let your creative juices flow and draw/create whatever you want. I PROMISE YOU, people like me will see you and they will treasure your art more than any other dead account would like your labubu matcha latte art.

NUMBERS DON'T MEAN SHIT! ART IS SUPPOSED TO MAKE YOU FEEL THINGS! NUMBERS ARE ONLY TEMPORARY.

That's why I even created this site to begin with. I don't want to be shackled by modern social media. I only use it to advertize my work related things and that's IT. I want a space where I can share my art and promote individuality. As inactive as I might get on social media. I trust myself enough to know that web-developing will always be a passion of mine from now on. I've never felt more free.
